Crossing of the Line and IKLA ... Weekend Part 2 !!!

On Friday night the 2nd half of the M-coy crossed the figuritive line from the Troop to the Unit. We welcome them with open arms and we're sure that they'll fit right in (seems like they've fit in already!!)

The first part of the Ceremony was a Troop Investiture, this was followed by our boys' Crossing.

During the final part of the Ceremony the AVSL, Anthony Debono, was Awarded The Dolphin Award by the Chief Commisioner. The Dolphin Award is this highest Award in the Venture Progress Training Scheme and ultimately the Highest Award that can be earned as a Scout. The Chief, who rarely attends Group functions like these, had a lot of nice things to say about, the boys and the Award.

After the ceremony we went out to celebrate at Hank's along with the Troop Leaders and older Scouts.
