Paintballing with SAC! 20-05-07

On Sunday 20th May we held a joint paintballing activity with the St Alloysius Venture Scouts. After getting into our jumpsuits the red team (Sliema) & the blue team (SAC) took their places on either side of the battlefield.

They didn't have a jumpsuit the right size for me but i faired well in this one! Once the battle ensued it was intense, and we all got splattered with paint one way or another. the VSL got shot twice in the rear end (one of the times he had already been killed). Numerous people got shot in the head and it's a good thing we were only playing with soft paint pellets and not the real deal!

After the paintballing we had a little first aid exercise which involved bullet wounds, leaking guts and loads of puke. Thank God it was only a simulation !

The Unit will be back in action in the beginning of June when the Stags (members of the Stag Patrol/next group of people to join the Unit) will be joining us for our Tuesday meetings. In the meantime everyone (except me) is busy with exams, and I've got the responsibility of keeping everything up and running!
